Alexei Beltyukov: Philanthropy Meets Business makes it clear Alexei Beltyukov is a man who has repeatedly proven that he has what it takes to get done any job that he happens to decide has landed in his path. Initially a medical professional, with the degree to back it up, he found his stride in the business world, and has accomplished every goal he set his mind to.

A 1997 graduate of the prestigious INSEAD Masters of Business Administration program in Fontainbleu, France, LinkedIn indicates Beltyukov began as an Associate with McKinsey & Co. In this firm, he worked his way to the position of Engagement Manager, and in 2003, began to pursue newer companies and founding positions. He spent much time focused in investment and asset acquisition, across Russia and Latvia, with such companies as Brunswick Capital, Renova Project, and A-Ventures, as well as many notable others.

In between all of this work, Beltyukov found the time to work with the Russian government, indulging his philanthropic nature at the same time. He has begun charities to assist the Russian people who have a drive to begin startup businesses, and financial aid for those who have a dream of attending business school. As well, he has worked with the Skolkovo Foundation to assist the Russian Government in economic support, and guidance, using the Foundation’s grants to assist Russian citizens who wish to begin tech startups, or others like himself, entrepreneurs looking to cultivate roots in his beloved home country. Last, but certainly not least, Beltyukov took it upon himself to establish a scholarship at his alma mater of INSEAD, to assist students seeking an education in Business Administration.

Most recently, Beltyukov has taken up work as the Chief Operating Officer of Solvy, an online math system that will assist teachers in developing paths personalized to each student’s strengths and weaknesses, and give the students feedback at every step of the way. With the global demand for increased academics, this can only be a benefit to us all.

Alexei Beltyukov has certainly proven what hard work, dedication, and commitment can provide, and since then has resolved to give others the chance to do the same.
